As a real estate agent, you will help clients buy, sell, and prepare their properties for list.
You will assist clients in finding a suitable property, negotiate deals, and you will be responsible for managing client relationships and staying up to date with industry trends and regulations.
Responsibilities:
Guide clients through the buying and selling process Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients' search criteria Perform open houses Participate in weekly script practice Consult with sellers, convert to listings Negotiate offers on behalf of your buyers and sellers
