Confidential Confidential Orangevale, CA Orangevale, CA Full-time Full-time $55,000 - $75,000 a year $55,000 - $75,000 a year Working on in a team of 11, you will be assisting MSP customers both remotely from our office as well as traveling to customers sites to troubleshoot, install, and repair all aspects of small to medium sized networks.
From workstation troubleshooting to multi-site VPN connections, you will assist your team in delivering excellent support to customers in the medical profession.
A company car is provided for all travel to and from clients sites.
A valid drivers license and excellent driving record are required to perform this job.
Candidates MUST have experience with:
Servers- Hands on troubleshooting, installing, configuring, networking.
Firewalls - Hands on troubleshooting, installing, configuring, networking.
Networking - Proven experience installing, troubleshooting networking issues including DNS, DHCP, Cabling, Switches, etc.
